今年の春のクラスは、４月の８日よりスタートです。
アドバンスクラスの内容は
１)エレガントなラインを用いて作り出す ホガース（Sシェイプ）デザインに始まり、
２)植物の持つラインを活かした弓形ボウシェイプ、
３)ウェディングブーケとしても応用が可能なシャワースタイルの花束、
４)花材が少なくても豪華に見えるフレームを使った花束、
５)ディナーテーブルがいっそう華やぐ事間違いなしのクラシックなテーブルセンターピースへと進んでいきます。

今回はクラシックで、フォルムがはっきりとしたデザインが多いタームになります。フォーマルなラインの使い方がぐっと伸びるタームです。

初めてクラスに参加をされる方には、丸いラウンドアレンジ、三角のフロントフェーシング、花束、花瓶を使ってのアレンジ、そして三日月型のクレッセントを一緒に作っていきましょう。

以前から、‘葉っぱを購入するのが、実は大変なんです’という声をいただいていましたが、４月のタームよりハムステッドクラスにて葉っぱものをご購入（３ポンド）いただけるようにご準備させていただきたいと思います。今のところブルームスブリー教室では困難で，当面ハムステッド教室のみでの実施とさせていただきます。ご了承ください。

もちろんこちらはオプションですので，ご自分で葉ものがご準備いただける方には、今まで通りのクラス代のみのままです。

葉っぱが見つからなくて，花から遠ざかり気味に、、、という場合にも，是非ご利用ください。

春の花が身近に手に入る季節になりました。春の花とともに、是非、クラスでお会いしましょう！

Happy Easter! The Weekly Class resumes on 8th April 2010!

This term consists of 5 design.
On Advance Class, the menu is S-shape design, Bow-shape design, Shower Hand-Tied, Frame Hand-Tied and Long and Low Table Design. It is a term which is packed with classic designs. If you have a love for those classical shapes, this term is for you.

On Basic Class, the menu is Round, Front Facing, Hand-Tied, Vase arrangement and Crescent design. Let's create some beautiful designs with your own flowers.

I have been hearing some concerns over how to source foliage, as some shops are not willing to sell them... So, now, you can buy some foliage at Hampstead class for £3. This is entirely optional. I would like to provide foliage with Bloomsbury class, too, however, at the moment, it is not possible due to its storage situation.

So looking forward to seeing you in the class in 2010, with abundance of Spring Flowers!

Hand-Tied bouquet - ハンドタイド＝ブーケ

自分の好きな花で作る花束。自分で作るから、納得ですよね。
A hand-tied bouquet with the flowers you choose: it really is a bouquet designed by you. They are personal and beautiful.



こちらは由未さんの花束です。美しく弧を描いたプロファイルがいいですよね。
This is Yumi's bouquet. Its profile is nicely created; the design really smiles at you!












純子さんの花束です。花材それぞれが、とても丁寧に配分され、うまくまとめられた作品です。
Junko has created this well balanced design.




こちら恵子さんの作品です。とてもフェミニンな作品に仕上がっていますね。でも甘過ぎないところが絶妙ではないでしょうか？
This is Keiko's bouquet. It is very feminine design, yet, I like the fact that it is not too sweet!


美紀さんの花束は，春の力強さであふれています。
This bouquet is from Miki. It is packed with the bright light of Spring sunshine! What a happy hand-tied!

Fan Shape-扇型（ファン＝シェイプ）アレンジ

本来はとても古典的なデザインですが、クラスではもう少しモダンなアプローチで。。。
Originally, it is rather heavy classic shape, but in the class, our approach to this design is a little bit more modern....


彩子さんのこちらの作品は，先日のフラワーフェスティバルにおいて出品されたものです。晩夏から初秋の雰囲気があふれた，非常に見栄えのする作品となっていますね。フェスティバルの当日には，教会の祭壇の正面を見事に飾っていただきました。
This is Saiko's design for Flower Festival 2010. It evokes a lovely sense of welcoming Autumn; very eye catching and beautiful. During the Flower Festival, it really attracted so many people's attention in front of the alter.


こちらは恵子さんの作品です。柔らかく融けるような色の組み合わせが効果的で、花材の持つ質感ともよくマッチしています。
Keiko has created this dreamy, soft frosty design. Its colour scheme matches visual texture very well.


桂子さんの作品は、大人っぽい落ち着いた色合わせです。作品自体はシンプルな構成ですが，それぞれの花材が効果的に使われていますね。This arrangement is from Keiko, who combines chic colours. The design looks simple, yet, Keiko maximises the beauty of each material here.

Limited Arrangement

こちらは彩子さんの作品です。コンサートの受付に飾られる作品という事で，彩りも華やかな作品に仕上げられました。
This is Saiko's work for a concert reception. Its happy colour scheme suited the occasion well.


ユキコさんは、春らしい伸びやかな景色を構成されました。Yukiko has created this dreamy spring landscape. You can almost feel warm spring breeze!






邦子さんの作品には、見る人の背筋を伸ばしてくれる、植物の力を感じます。
This is Kuniko's arrangement. There is something pure and independent about flowers in this work, I think.





美絵さんの作品は、バラの茎を活かしたシンプルながら見応えのある構成です。
Mie's work is a very simple one, hence, the beauty of stems of roses are so clear here.




こちらは恵子さんの作品です。白いラナンキュラスの立ち上がり方が印象的です。
Keiko has arranged White Ranunculus as if they were talking to you: beautiful natural line there.






佳奈子さんの作品では、チューリップの持つ華やかさがよく活かされていますね。
Kanako' work here. The design maximises the charm of Tulipa!




こちらはヒロミさんの作品です。作品の構成がとても丁寧になされています。
Hiromi has created this thoroughly planned design: clean and elegant.





純子さんの作品では、各花材の持つ、それぞれのラインが活かされています。
Junko has paid good attention to each material and its line. The whole design is full of interesting line!

Shower Hand-Tied - シャワースタイルの花束

シャワースタイルの花束作りは、作業が大変なことに加えて、重い！でも出来上がりは、やっぱりエレガントで素敵ですよね。It is not easy to create Shower style Arrangement, so you can imagine how difficult to create the same style in Hand-Tied. Yes, it is hard, but, as you can see, they are worthwhile:　elegant and beautiful!


由未さんが束ねられた花束がこちらです。ウェディングにいかがでしょうか？流れの美しいこの花束は、いつもお世話になっている方へプレゼントされるとのことでした。Yumi designed this Hand-Tied, which would look so good on a wedding. This gorgeous design was a gift to her long-time mentor, and I am sure this design has brought lots of smile to someone.

朋子さんの作品は、冬から春への生命の息吹を感じさせる和の美。和装で臨まれる結婚式に、ぴったりではないでしょうか？Tomoko has created this Hand-Tied. It captures the moment of transition: Winter to Spring, new life and its strength. How about having a Wedding Bouquet like this if you are wearing Kimono at your ceremony?



邦子さんんが束ねられた花束も、春の生命力であふれています。すっきりとまとめあげられたフォルムが素敵です。This is Kuniko's work. It is full of bursting energy of fresh Spring! Lovely neat profile, too.





恵子さんの作品がこちらです。この柔らかく溶けてしまいそうな色の組み合わせでのシャワースタイル。まさにウェディングに最適ですね。Keiko's design has a wonderfully soft colour combination. With this Shower style, this design would look great on a wedding day.







容子さんの作品です。花材の向き／位置をしっかりと見極めながら、大変丁寧に束ねられた作品です。流れ出るような動きが伝わってきますね。Yoko has designed this Hand-Tied. Each material was carefully chosen according to it shape and position here. You can almost hear its flow and movement in this design.
